"Mark is very unprofessional. Cussed over the phone to my mother, and didn’t do anything to help alleviate the crazy amount I was spending a month on insurance as a 19 year old kid. Did not provide my new insurance company with any proof of prior coverage, resulting me in getting uncharged $1400 by them as well, when they finally got it from me. Every time I have tried to reach him while I dealt with state farm, he “wasn’t in the office” I hope Mark reads this!"
